Remember back when I told you I would show you a picture of my oh so cool eyeglass frames which were made in Italy? Well, I slighted you on showing just how cool they are. This is because the only picture posted of me wearing them until now, did not show the true coolness of the frames. My mom snapped a photo of me a few days ago that I have posted over at flickr. You can't miss it because it's the only photograph posted so far for 2008. I like this photo of self better than any I've seen in a while. I am not photogenic most of the time. My mom, however has always been great at capturing one's essence when she takes pictures. Hi mom.

When I first told ya' 'bout these jazzy frames, I remember saying that the australian crystal was in the lenses. Obviously that is not so, and how silly of me to remember them that way on the day I purchased them. One cannot have tiny australian crystals blocking one's vision of the world.

So now you'll be able to see the cool geometric design at the top of either corner of the frames.  I love 'em!

My father always called me his little Italian hillbilly. Heh--I wasn't my father's anything. He did not raise me, and he did nothing to help my grandparents along in raising me. However, I am part Italian and I am part hillbilly; proudly I might add. But, a majority of folks (not everyone) have a negative concept in their minds about the term hillbilly, which is a terrible misrepresentation of the person whose spirit connects with the hills. Anyway, who gives a care..Heh. A young foster child of mine used to say that all the time, "who gives a care?" Whatever! (this one was Victoria's favorite) This hillbilly now has the coolest eyeglasses evah.

Tomorrow I spend the live long day in an orientation meeting. Gonna' go relax a bit.

Goodnight dear blogging buds!
