Finally, two days later, we in Virginia have a new senator-elect. What a tight race; and, as I have stated before, (ya' think?) a nasty one! Yes, it seems as though democratic candidate, Jim Webb has indeed won his race for position in the senate. There is no definite word as to whether George Allen will ask for a recount of votes. Rumor has it, he will not. I would think such a request would not be in Allen's best interest at this point.

The democrats have it!!

Let us hope and pray they do what needs to be done with it all, in the interest of our great country.
